Our Shipping Process

When you order an ETO Door, we treat it like the piece of fine furniture it is. Each door is crated or palletized with protective cushioning. Once your shipment leaves our facility, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is present to inspect and receive the shipment.

Critical Inspection Guidelines

DO NOT SIGN for your shipment until you have inspected the exterior for damage. If you see any signs of impact, puncture, or crushing, please note it clearly on the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL).

If the door is visibly damaged beyond repair, you may refuse the shipment. Taking photos of the crate before unloading is highly recommended for insurance purposes.
